    In terms of the detail:

    • Sessions are 1 hour and hosted in person in Adelaide, or online.

    • I recommend a 5-session package valued at $1500 + GST, so that you can get momentum. That’s a competitive price for an internationally certified coach, but I’m in your corner and want you to thrive!

    • You’ll also receive summary notes from each session, so you can keep track of your progress.
